My name is Russ Seigenberg - I am a Ph.D. psychologist with 40 years of counseling experience, including 15 years running groups for those with pornography problems. I am also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This blog is for members of the LDS faith who are interested in learning how to use effective psychological tools as well as gospel principles to strengthen themselves emotionally and spiritually. I created this blog and one other to share my books. All these books are available free of charge by clicking on the appropriate links.  

This blog has links to my books that focus on recovery from compulsive pornography use.  I recently completed The Seven Keys which deals with recovery from compulsive pornography use.  Its unique feature is that it is only 27 pages long. I have tried to make explanations brief, but still clear and concise. The interventions provided are powerful and should help any honest seeker of sober, pure living to get well-started on the road to recovery. This manual is available for free in electronic form on this site.

The Next 12 Steps book, also on this web site, deals with sexual addictions, while Perfect Liberty II deals with all types of addictions.
